If you need help recovering game progress or transferring your progress to a new device, please make note of the following details:
- Support ID from your high level progress that you want to move
- Support ID from the new device or new level 1 game
- You can find Support IDs under Settings within the game.
If you have an existing ticket:
- Update your current ticket by replying to the last message.
- Write that you want to transfer and include the Old Support ID and new Support ID.
To create a new ticket, after noting your Support IDs, complete the following steps:
- Open Settings in the game.
- Tap big Support button.
- Write that you want to transfer and include the Old Support ID and new Support ID.
- Submit to create your ticket. Support will help as soon as possible.
